Bright and fruity with sweet apple, grapefruit, tropical fruit, grassy elements, and a little salinity, along with pear drops, toffee sweetness, barley sugar, vanilla, icing sugar, and light notes of freshly cut hay. [2, 3, 7]
Palate
A full-blown fruit bomb with banana, grapefruit, pineapple, orange, and apple, backed by spicy oak, cracked pepper, sweet apple juice, lemonade, creamy vanilla, caramel, and pebbly earthiness. Seville orange citrus notes mellow into peach and apricot, giving way to creamy fudge. [2, 3, 7]
Finish
Sour fruit notes, particularly grapefruit, linger with light oak, cream, lip-tingling peppery spice, and a medium length peppery finish. [3, 7]
