Nose
A sweet floral scent coming from lavender, gladioli and lilies appeared at first before, with time, blondies (chocolate brownies where the cocoa is substituted with vanilla) took over. [2, 5]
Palate
On the palate neat what for one Panellist was a proper builder's brew was for another 'trendier' Panel member a masala chai or, even more contemporary, a chilli boba. [2, 5]
Finish
Following the addition of water, the floral aroma turned a bit earthier as we walked through a sunflower field on a warm sunny day. To refresh ourselves we enjoyed slices of honeydew melon, cucumber and some lime juice. [2, 5]
