Description

The Loch Lomond 1973 45 Year Old Remarkable Stills Series No.1 is the first of three releases in The Remarkable Stills series, celebrating Loch Lomond's innovative and unique straight-neck pot stills. Distilled in 1973, this single malt whisky was matured in American oak casks before a one-year finish in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask. Only 200 individually numbered bottles were released, making it one of the distillery's rarest expressions to date. It is bottled at 42.2% ABV and is non-chill filtered. The liquid is presented in a premium bottle with a debossed copper plaque, enclosed in a beautifully crafted oak wood box designed to mirror the distillery's straight-neck pot stills.
