Description

Produced at an undisclosed distillery, this fascinating sherry matured 40 year old single malt was distilled in 1969 and bottled under the Loch Ness Mist label in 2009. Charged from a single sherry oak cask at a devilish 66.6% ABV, this absolutely stunning limited edition is as captivating as it is mysterious! There are a number of distilleries in the vicinity of Loch Ness, such as Glen Ord and Tomatin, but we cannot say for certain the origin of this deeply-sherried spirit.
