Description

The Lochlea 2018 6 Year Old is a significant limited edition release from the Lowland farm distillery, Lochlea, representing their oldest age-statement whisky to date. Distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2024, this single malt was matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts. Lochlea is known for its 'field-to-cask' approach, growing its own barley on the family farm in Ayrshire, Scotland. This expression is bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill filtered, and without added coloring.
