Description

Originally based in Aberdeen before being bought by the Campbeltown based Mitchell family in 1969, Wm Cadenhead's is the oldest independent bottler in Scotland. Now their flagship Campbeltown premises - located next to the Springbank distillery - also features their own shop offering a variety of bottled spirits from different distilleries. With their own warehouse stocked full of exciting whiskies, this is a 5 year old Lowland single malt from Lochlea, distilled in 2019 and fully matured in a bourbon barrel. This dram is creamy, herbal and fruit-led, showing impressive balance for its age and strength.
