The nose is quite feinty with notes of wood and soft calves leather. There are hints of wood shavings and copper with barley sweetness and toasted cereal notes.
Palate
The palate is well oaked with a buttery mouthfeel and superb balance. There are some toasty cereal notes and a nuttiness with juicy barley and spice.
Finish
The finish is long and full of barley and developing aridity.
