A Speyside malt distillery with important connections to a number of blended Scotch brands. Today it is part of the Chivas Brothers division of Pernod Ricard who, despite its needing much of its stock for the likes of Chivas Regal and Ballantine's, also market its single malt. A private members club established by Pip Hills in 1983. It has flagship members bars in Edinburgh, Glasgow and London, and partner venues across the world. Its regular outturn of single cask bottlings are renowned for their unique coded method of non-disclosure of their distilleries of origin.
