Punchy sherry profile, Jamaican rum, boiling sugar cane juice, marzipan with raisins, caramel, orange liqueur, musty oak, dry and sweet oscillation, tannic earthiness, sweet vanilla, sawdust, gingerbread, malty, dark chocolate, cherry syrup, ripe banana peel, prunes, powdered coffee, menthol, furniture polish, soy sauce.
Palate
Sour oranges, spicy oak, earthy sensations, bitter cocoa, ground coffee beans, less sour oak, sweetened coffee, faint licorice, cardamom, very dry, lots of tannins, aniseed, raisins, leather, cigar tobacco, milk chocolate, cloves, cinnamon.
Finish
Quite long, orange menthol, caramelized oak, cough syrup, spices, raisins.
