The peat smoke influence presents in medicinal, TCP notes, along with notes of redcurrants, red grapes, strawberry jam, tobacco, oily notes, citrus, dried seaweed, red apples, marzipan sweetness, burnt toast, and damp coal.
Palate
Softer on the palate, the peat smoke has a more earthy, musty element now, with notes of creme brulee, vanilla, almonds, dry peat, marine notes, barley malt, salted caramel, black pepper, cinnamon, charred oak, meaty touch, lemons, mineral notes, rubber, sweet red fruits, roasted nuts, creamy maltiness, bonfire smoke, and chili pepper.
Finish
Long and smoky with a lovely persistent peaty smoke, featuring notes of red cola cubes, strawberry laces, marzipan, ash, crème brûlee, toasted wood, black pepper, lemon, salty notes, oak char, and leathery richness.
