Very dry with a plume of peat smoke, medium length, caramel, vanilla, pleasant dry oak, sweet, leather, smoke, chili flakes, strawberry, red grape, oak, BBQ sauce, raisin, ginger, grape, cream, brown sugar, lime rind.
