A small batch single malt whisky from the M&H (Milk & Honey) distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel. Part of the Apex series, this expression was distilled on June 17, 2019, matured in ex-bourbon casks, and finished in Fino Sherry casks. It was bottled on March 18, 2024, as Batch No. 028, with a total outturn of 2,143 bottles. Bottled at a cask strength of 55.3% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and natural color.
