Nose
Very elegant and precise aromas. Strong vanilla and a whole heap of classic sherry cask notes like almonds, a little cherry, chocolatey sweetness and oranges. A very gentle saltiness and something like toasted hazelnuts.
Palate
A rich, complex, and smooth taste. Confirms the nose with vanilla, red fruits. Sweet barley core is pepped up by some spice and citrus notes.
Finish
The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting. Long and spicy, with a drying oak.
