Description

A rare commemorative Macallan single malt released in March 2014 to mark the disbandment of the RAF 617 Squadron, famously known as the 'Dambusters'. This official bottling was limited to 260 bottles and features the squadron's battle honours on the reverse label, including 'The Dams 1943', 'Tirpitz 1944', and 'Iraq 2003'. The liquid is the Macallan 1851 Inspiration, matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry oak casks.
