The Macallan A Night on Earth in Jerez de la Frontera - María Melero is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky, the third release in The Macallan's 'A Night on Earth' series, celebrating the brand's 200th anniversary in 2024. This expression is inspired by the New Year's Eve traditions of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, the heartland of sherry wine where Macallan sources its sherry-seasoned oak casks. Matured in a combination of European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks, it aims to capture the festive flavors and traditions of Jerez. The packaging, designed by Jerez-born artist María Melero, evokes her memories of the festive period in her hometown.
