A single malt from Speyside distillery Macallan. Matured in Bourbon barrels laid down in 1989 then bottled in November 2015 by Cadenhead's for their Authentic Collection at cask strength. As always with Cadenhead's bottles, this is from a single cask and is not coloured nor chill-filtered.
