From Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection comes a 2005 vintage Macallan, aged for 17 years in a single 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. Distilled on the 11th of July 2005 then bottled at natural colour and strength on the 13th of March 2023. Each bottle is individually numbered with a yield of only 620 bottles.

Nose
A lot of red fruits, prunes, powerful scent. Initially quite punching, some tobacco leaves. After some time, this rough tobacco edge remains quite noticeable, besides the red fruits, berries.
Palate
Quite some power, spicy, pepper. A lot of tobacco leaves again, liquorice, and red fruits, berries, currants. But these tobacco vibes are very present.
Finish
More power now, pepper, tobacco leaves and red fruits. A little bitter touch now, red fruits more to the back. Pretty long finish.
