Nose
Rich and complex with notes of dried fruits (cherry, plum, raisin, apricot), apple, pear, cinnamon, and earthy thyme. There are also hints of walnuts, leather, tobacco, humidor, menthol, eucalyptus, old ham, almonds, and yellow curry.
Palate
A luxurious and full-bodied experience with honey, velvety chocolate, juicy plum, and almond undertones. It presents a gentle spice, fresh wood, apple, grass, and a significant sherry influence. Menthol, tar, cough lozenges, angelica, chartreuse, aniseed, marzipan, and crystallised oranges also emerge, with a peppery and bright, slightly metallic character.
Finish
Long and reverberating, featuring warming oak, delicate baking spices, and a sweet, nutty elegance. Notes of pine sap, eucalyptus drops, After Eights, mint, fir honeydew, and a resinous quality linger, with a hint of old wood.
