This single malt Scotch whisky is a collaboration between Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan and renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca, exploring the world of chocolate. It is crafted from a harmonious combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, aiming to deliver a rich, dark chocolate profile. The packaging is also innovative and sustainable, made from discarded husks from cacao pods.
