Description

The Macallan Horizon is the debut release from the collaboration between The Macallan and luxury car makers, Bentley Motors. This highly limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky, launched in 2024 to mark Macallan's 200th anniversary, fuses innovation, heritage, and visionary design. It is presented in a groundbreaking horizontal vessel, designed in partnership with Bentley Motors, which redefines traditional whisky presentation. The whisky itself is drawn from six hand-selected first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak casks, crafted by Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell, and bottled at 46.6% ABV. The elaborate packaging incorporates sustainable materials including recycled copper from Macallan's retired stills, Bentley's low-carbon leather, and Crown Cut Walnut veneer, with an oak inlay from one of the maturation casks forming part of the closure. This release is a testament to the shared dedication to craftsmanship and excellence of both brands.
