Description

A rare and exceptional single malt, this Macallan was distilled in May 1989 and matured for 32 years in a single Sherry cask (#6690), before being hand-selected and bottled in February 2022 by the esteemed Italian independent bottler, Samaroli. Known for their uncompromising quality and elegant style, Samaroli has once again captured the essence of time and cask in this Magnifico release. Bottled at 42% ABV, this whisky offers a deep, complex profile, shaped by over three decades of slow maturation in Sherry wood. Only 306 individually numbered bottles were released as part of the prestigious Magnifico series.
