Nose
Dark chocolate orange, cloves, ginger and dried fruit, accented by polished oak. Delightful aroma.
Palate
Robust spine of blood orange and exotic spices, with an abundance of sun ripened raisins, dates and sultanas. Sherry, buttercream frosting, toffee, a bit of spice, deep and concentrated fruits like sweet juicy apples and cherries.
Finish
Tantalisingly long, oak, allspice, stem ginger with sustained fruitiness. Very smooth and flavorful.
