Fruity notes of sultanas, oranges, apples, and spicy oak with cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Rich Sherried spices, chocolate-coated raisins, Sherry-dipped plums, and honeydew melon.
Palate
Spicy with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, sweet fruity sultanas, and dark chocolate. Oily malt soaked in Oloroso, with hints of winter spices, thyme honey, bitter oranges, lemon, and plum pudding.
Finish
Spicy with chocolate, vanilla, and a hint of charcoal. Gingerbread, old oak, orange oil, juicy raspberries, and a lingering taste of orange chocolate.
