Nose
Opulent, yet soft and slightly meandering, with prominent notes of vanilla and raisin, alongside a sweet ensemble of apple, lemon, and orange, all interwoven with spicy notes of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. The oak also plays a role, adding a mature and elegant touch.
Palate
The spicy quartet leads, loud and full, unwavering in their performance. Raisin dares to temper, but oak takes control; timeless, polished, rich and resonating. Vanilla and chocolate compliment each other in the background.
Finish
Full and warming, featuring light citrus zest and a lingering spice, with chocolate and raisins fading to light notes of citrus zest.
