Light sherry with oranges, grapefruit, reine claude plums, apricot, and fresh fruit. Significant wood influence, likely European oak, with cinnamon, cloves, and later yellow raisins.
Palate
Very sharp with strong wood influence and chili heat, followed by orange. Sweetness in the background, with high cocoa chocolate that feels grainy.
Finish
Chocolate first, then orange with pink grapefruit. Fresh, sweet, and zesty citrus fruits. Not a very long finish.
