Nose
Ripe apples, dried fruit and orange peel, combined with honey, vanilla and gently spiced oak. Notes of classic sherry, lemon peel, caramel, and a bit bready.
Palate
Full and rounded with notes of caramel, toasted nuts and dark chocolate. Flavors of rich toffee, dark chocolate, and dried fruits dance on the tongue with a sherry influence and a delightful sweetness.
Finish
Long and elegant with lingering malt, oak and a hint of cocoa. Satisfying, with sherry oak and cane sugar.
