Palate
Rich and velvety. Dark chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, Christmas cake spices, red apple skins, butterscotch, gingerbread, orange peel, and subtle wood spices.
Finish
Long and elegantly drying. Cinnamon, nutmeg, hint of old leather, sweet, fruity flourish of blackberry jam and soft oak tannins, treacle, dark roast coffee, and a flicker of clove.
