Description

A 31-year-old single cask Speyside single malt distilled at Macallan in May 1990 and bottled in December 2021 by Douglas Laing for their prestigious XOP (Xtra Old Particular) The Black Series. Matured in a refill sherry hogshead (cask ref. DL 15149) and bottled at natural cask strength of 42.3% ABV without colouring or chill-filtration, yielding only 174 bottles.
