Nose
Honey and desiccated coconut with honeysuckle and light brown sugar. Lime jelly preserve and Lemon zest sit with white pepper and white meadow flowers.
Palate
Mixed apples both fresh and cooked come through first, followed by some wood char and soft spice. Waxy honey and light crystalline sugar sit in the background with more dried toasty oak.
Finish
Spicy and oaky finish over all with a little spun and light brown sugar.
