Nose
Earthy and fresh is what strikes me first. Red berries and wet leaves on a dirt path in the woods. Then we're transported to a bakery filled with the sweet smell of pastries. Vanilla, cream, icing sugar and general sweetness. Well integrated. No alcohol bite.
Palate
Rich and full mouthfeel. Red berries and black pepper at first, then the vanilla arrives. Behind it all there's dry oaky notes.
Finish
Medium long finish. No longer particularly dry. Does not really develop any further, but remains pleasant enough - sweet and a bit simple.
