Description

A truly premium Scotch blend, this sherried dram has been aged for a long 25 years. Fully matured in first-fill sherry butts, cask seven celebrates local wildlife, specifically the black grouse. This perfectly crafted whisky comes with a signed illustration of the black grouse by artist Jim Moir. Notes of caramel and fig.
