Description
This Maker's Mark bourbon was released in 2006 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Rupp's Runts, the name given to the University of Kentucky Wildcats men's basketball team of the 1965-66 season. The team, coached by Adolph Rupp, earned the nickname Rupp's Runts because no player was taller than 6'5''. Despite their smaller stature, the team achieved a number one ranking in that season's NCAA championship, though they ultimately lost in the final.
