Description

The purest expression of single malt from Mannochmore distillery, Speyside, this dram is cask strength, uncut and unfiltered. Distilled in 2014, the spirit matured in a combination of first-fill pedro ximenez quarter casks and refill bourbon hogsheads before being married for this small batch release. A highly limited release by independent bottler Signatory Vintage as part of their 100 Proof series.

Sweet and punchy with dates, apricot jam, Demerara sugar, spiced orange peel, malty backbone, vanilla, orchard fruit, toffee apple, fig jam, chocolate, roasted hazelnut.
Finish
Bold and warming with marmalade, PX syrup, toasted almonds, clove, lingering PX-soaked fruitcake, soft oak spice.
