Nose
The nose is quite light and sweet. There are notes of muscavado sugar with golden syrup, hints of toasty oak with winter spice and barley sugars. Manuka honey and cereal notes develop.

The palate is of medium-body with a thickness. There are notes of malty barley and sherried fruits. There are notes of chewy sultanas and peels, hints of wood smoke and hops.

The finish is long and hoppy.
