- Aromas of vanilla wafers, bitter pineapple, orange zest, pear skins, candied tropical fruits, roasted sweet potato, vanilla saltwater taffy, ginger candy, honey, orange blossoms, apricots, mandarins, cooked peaches, yuzu, red apples, vanilla cream, clove, pepper spices, bread-y notes, banana candy, chocolate, mulled wine, and caramel.

- Complex and flavorful with candied tropical fruits, roasted sweet potato, vanilla saltwater taffy, juicy fruitiness, a slight saltiness, rich texture, orange blossoms, orange marmalade, honey, white pepper, dried pineapple and apple, camphor or tea smoke, umami, briny, meaty, medicinal, and banana cream.
- Finish
- A long malty finish with a hint of smoke, fruitiness, elegant malt, spiced honey, caramel custard, cold smoke, bitterness of wood tannins, a hint of peaty and iodized notes, slightly woody, oaky sweetness, lemon, and a touch of tartness.
