- Cherries, caramelized bananas, orange chocolate, hints of spice and oak, with wisps of cereal and nuts. Fresh grainy note, lightly floral and honeyed with a sappy edge and a hint of smoke in the background. Dry pastry.
- Palate
- Creamy, malty. Orange rind, milk chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts. Sherried fruits and spices. Light smoke then flour sacks, before creamy toffee develops in the centre.
- Finish
- Deep oak, leather, and barley. Not a long finish, but not too short. Lifts into citrus.
