Description

The Tottori Blended Japanese Whisky Bourbon Barrel is a blend of several Japanese whiskies from the Matsui Shuzo Distillery, located in Tottori Prefecture. It is aged in ex-bourbon barrels, which impart notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. The whisky is proofed with pure mineral water filtered through volcanic rock from Mount Daisen. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% ABV.
