Description

A richly indulgent 5-Year-Old single malt from Meikle Tòir, distilled at The GlenAllachie Distillery. This peated Speyside whisky, known as 'The Sherry One', is matured first in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry puncheons. It is bottled at 48% ABV, non-chill filtered, and has a phenolic content of 35 PPM. The whisky is crafted with mainland peat from St. Fergus and undergoes an extended 160-hour fermentation process. It was first released in late 2023.
