Description

The Method and Madness Single Grain Irish Whiskey is an innovative expression from Midleton's experimental micro-distillery, launched in 2017. It is matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and finished for 12 months in toasted, virgin Spanish oak from Galicia, Northwest Spain, adding complexity, cask character, and a spicy note to the light, perfumed grain distillate. This non-age statement whiskey is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
