Description
Method & Madness Single Malt Irish Whiskey is an experimental release from Irish Distillers, initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and then part-finished for one year in French Limousin oak casks. This 14-year-old single malt was distilled in 2002, with some sources indicating it was distilled at Bushmills before being matured at Midleton. It is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered. The whiskey is known for its unique flavor profile, combining malt and biscuit notes with lighter, floral, and herbal characteristics from the Limousin oak.
