Nose
Dried cherries, dried cranberries, vanilla, honey, caramel, leather, cinnamon, bubble gum, oak, and leather. Quite fruit forward with fresh orange zest and raspberries.
Palate
Fresh cherries, fruit cocktail syrup sweetness, cinnamon, bubble gum, vanilla, oak, and honey with a touch of white grape juice. Fruit flavors continue with red fruits of grapes and plums before shifting to darker fruit notes of blackberries and blueberry jam.
Finish
Cinnamon, black pepper, oak, vanilla, wet stone, and a little caramel. Long with hints of cherry pie filling, dark maple syrup and toasted almonds.
