The bourbon aged for a minimum of 4 years and is bottled at a barrel proof of 114.7. The limited-edition bottling was released exclusively in the Washington D.C. area. The Presidential Dram brand is produced by independent bottler and blender Proof and Wood Ventures, who source their whiskey from MGP of Indiana.
