Michel Couvreur Candid is an artisanal whisky distilled in Scotland and matured in humid French cellars in Burgundy. This 49% ABV whisky is known for its intensity and complexity, influenced by sherry casks. It begins as a peaty, iodine malt spirit and ages for nearly a decade in demi Pedro Ximénez casks, with a final two years in a very humid cellar, resulting in a balanced whisky with savory malt and sweet sherry flavors, gentle peat, sweet herbs, rich almonds, and a subtle elegant finish.
