Description

Michel Couvreur Hyphen is an impressive blended malt whisky from France, combining a 2006 vintage Scottish malt aged in Fino sherry and Chenin Blanc wine casks with a portion of peated French malt whisky distilled in 2016 and aged in Malaga wine casks. This blend offers plenty of biscuity malt, sweet caramel, and bright fruit, with an elegant ripple of peat smoke and rich oak at its core. Bottled at 46% ABV, it presents a beautiful balance between spicy and elegance, with a delicate length and a touch of toasted notes.
