Description

A pioneering French whisky company established by the Belgian winemaker, Michel Couvreur. Founded in 1988, its whiskies are distilled in Scotland before being shipped in cask to age in specially selected wine casks at the company's cellar in Burgundy.

Thick and oily, rich with dried fruit, sherry, dark fruit, oak wood, nutty, spice, braised apples, milk chocolate, Black Forest Gateau, and earthy spices.
Finish
Dark fruit sweetness, hints of smoke, bitterness, dry, oaky, spicy oak, treacle, cloves, anise seed, orange peel, and a long, fruity character.
