Description

Michel Couvreur Very V.J. Maturation is a single malt whisky created from an assemblage of 2012, 2015, and 2016 distillates matured for 10 to 14 years in Vin Jaune casks from Domaine Stéphane Tissot in the Jura. Bottled in July 2026 at natural cask strength (47% ABV) without filtration or dilution in Bouze-lès-Beaune.
