Deep notes of vanilla and toffee, toasted almonds and cinnamon with an ample dose of crushed pepper and a hint of orange citrus. Also black cherry, grilled pineapple, lemon, Concord grape juice, fennel seed, honey, bubble gum, dried flowers, and fruit pastries.
Palate
Spices like fennel seed, cinnamon, anise, and peppercorns. Herbal notes of mint, cherry, and orange citrus. Toasted caramel, bitter oak, oak spice, smooth vanilla, dried apricots, bready notes, maple syrup, dark licorice, grilled pineapple, citrus, salt, vanilla biscotti, and chocolate-covered cherry.
Finish
Tannins, oak, leather, rye spice, smooth vanilla, apricot, honey. Also mint, cherry cough syrup, black pepper, baking spices, graham cracker, sweet oak, dark cocoa, toasted oak embers, bitter chocolate, and leathery oak.
