Toasted rye bread; vanilla, light oak, nutty toffee. Some brown sugar, dark dried fruit, citrus and maple syrup.
Palate
Light body but not thin; raisin/fig; vanilla; some of that rye-bread note from the nose carries through; mint pops up toward the finish. Kind of losing the oak here.
Finish
Medium-short; oak perks up along with brown sugar, mint and white pepper.
