Michter's US*1 Toasted Barrel Finish Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is a limited-edition barrel-strength expression released in 2017. To craft it, fully matured US*1 Kentucky Straight Rye is transferred at barrel strength into a second custom uncharred barrel crafted from 24-month air-dried white oak that has been toasted to exacting specifications.
