- Campfire and cinnamon, with pecan and candied fruit. Notes of caramel fudge, vanilla bean, toasted orange, and baking spices like cinnamon. Also, vanilla, toasted oak, marshmallow, brown sugar, red fruit, lemon peel, milky caramel, and cardamom cake.
- Palate
- Sweet taste, like lightly toasted marshmallows and light brown sugar. Cinnamon raisin toast with fruit preserves. Sweet and oakey with vanilla, marshmallow, baking spice, strawberry/raspberry, and milk chocolate. Diluted honey syrup, darker wood sugars, Hawaiian-style sweet rolls, floral notes, rosewater, and hibiscus.
- Finish
- Lingering notes of baked pears, vanilla, and marshmallow. A somewhat quick finish with bitter oak sawdust, dry tobacco, charcoal dust, and blackberries. Short to medium with sweet toasted oak and baking spice. An oaky and semi-dry finish.
